RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
The product must be returned to AGRIMAC’s warehouses by courier or transport company. To request a return, please send an email to info@agrimac.gr with your order number and the reason for returning the product. In the event of a return, the client must return the product in its original state, which means it must not have been damaged or unsealed, and it must be accompanied by the purchase receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If a product is found to be defective, AGRIMAC will provide the necessary help before replacing or repairing it. Returning a damaged product is possible within 14 days after the document’s issuance date. It is necessary to communicate via e-mail (info@agrimac.gr). The shipping costs will be covered by AGRIMAC.
COMPENSATION
In case of return of non-defective products, if the customer chooses to refund the money, only the amount related to the price of the products will be refunded. Therefore, any costs of packaging, shipping and ancillary services are excluded from the refund. For online purchases, the refund will be made on the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the product from that company, it undertakes to consult with the customer within a reasonable period of time so that its price is refunded within 30 calendar days.
